-G J-S Giguere re-signed a 4 year/24 million dollar deal with the Anaheim Ducks. Good move for the Ducks since if Scott Niedermayer didn't win the Conns Smythe, Giguere would have taken it easily. Now the big question is what will the Ducks do with their back-up Ilya Bryzgalov, since he could be valuable in trade talks.

-D Carlo Colaiacovo signed a 3 year contract extension with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
-D Shane O'Brien re-signed with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
-RW Scott Walker re-signs with the Carolina Hurricanes.
-D Craig Rivet re-signs with the San Jose Sharks.
