With training camp and the season fat approaching for the Calgary Flames and the NHL, Calgary's new faces and old are switching old numbers and getting new ones.
Stephane Yelle is giving new-comer Owen Nolan his #11 and will be wearing #7 for the year. David Moss is taking advantage of Darren McCarty not be a member of the Flames organization anymore by taking his old #25, Moss wore #58 last year.
Other new-comers of the Flames organization getting their new numbers are Cory Sarich who will wear #6 switching from #21 he wore with the Lightning, Adrian Aucoin will stay with his #33 and finally Andres Eriksson will wear #8.
The Flames training camp opens on September 14th and will be held at our beloved Pengrowth Saddledome. I can't wait!
